About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team in Walsall. As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be responsible for acting for clients who have a lack of capacity due to mental health, learning difficulties, or dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for clients with a lack of capacity in the Court of Protection
  • Providing sensitive and empathetic support to clients and their families
  • Working closely with a close-knit team to develop your career
  • Undertaking a diverse caseload of matters
