Line Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Archie's. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing food orders to our high standards and working closely with other kitchen crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food orders to Archie's specifications and timings
- Work alongside other kitchen crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Undertake food preparation as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Assistant Manager, or Kitchen Supervisor
- Record keeping in line with Due Diligence rules
- Adhere to the menu and portion sizes
- Follow cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
Requirements and Skills:
- A love for food and a willingness to learn
- The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become one of the team
- A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work
- A fundamental understanding of cooking and the ability to follow instructions
