Main Responsibilities:
  • Chase outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment from clients.
  • Clear daily queries and resolve any credit control issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the finance department to raise and resolve credit control matters.
  • Contribute to the production of regular reports on cash collection targets and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with office cashiers to reconcile bill payments and maintain accurate remittance records.
  • Update collections software regularly to reflect payment history and contact data.
