Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing schemes from day one on site, working closely with clients and senior management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily site works to ensure efficient project progress
  • Develop and implement effective RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to mitigate potential hazards
  • Liaise with local residents and businesses to maintain positive relationships and minimize disruptions
  • Identify and report variations to ensure accurate project costing and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with clients and senior management to ensure project goals are met
  • Hold relevant certifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, as well as a valid driving license

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with clients in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
