Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Professional

New Appointments Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Professional to join our team in Ashford/Tenterden office. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our marketing strategy and leading a high-performing business development team.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, with an hour lunch break.

About the Role:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our agency's objectives, ensuring financial targets and business goals are met.
• Oversee and manage the agency sales pipeline, ensuring it is maximized, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing customer experience end-to-end.
• Lead the development of a SMART marketing strategy that includes a full range of events, hospitality, and social media initiatives.
• Manage and deliver key promotional events and campaigns, including cinema, radio, and other media partnerships, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.

Requirements:
• Marketing qualification or relevant degree.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
