Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage subcontractors working on civil projects to ensure efficient project execution according to plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to effectively communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards or noncompliance issues.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Document and report incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Compensation: £30,000-£35,000 per year (full-time, permanent)

Experience Preferred:
• 2 years in the Telecom Industry
• 5 years in Construction
• 5 years in Civil Work
