Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HLTA to assist in the delivery of the Primary curriculum. This part-time term-time position requires someone with advanced levels of knowledge and skills to support students, teachers, and the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support for students, teachers, and the academy by utilizing advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with monitoring, assessing, marking, and managing classes.
  • To support staff, students, and the academy policies and strategies.
  • To provide support for students' welfare and support the inclusion of students in all aspects of Academy life.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience as an HLTA, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
