Legal Technology Engineer

Redland Search - Professional Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Automation Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that optimize legal workflows and improve client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal technology tools and the ability to analyze and enhance legal processes through the innovative use of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement automation workflows tailored to the legal industry.
- Analyze existing legal processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automated legal processes.
- Provide training and support to legal staff on new automation tools and processes.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of legal automation solutions.
The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 per annum, taking into account the location of Bristol and the level of experience required.
Requirements:- Proven experience in process analysis and automation within a legal environment.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to code and configure automation solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal software, case management systems, and compliance requirements within the legal industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant legal technologies.
