Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Longcliffe Quarries Ltd is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine chemical and physical analysis of products using modern and traditional methods.
  • Product and environmental sampling and quality control duties in line with company procedures.
  • Accurate maintenance of testing and inspection records in accordance with relevant quality and environmental standards.
  • Lab work to be performed with high integrity and in line with agreed schedules to satisfy the needs of the business and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Site monitoring duties undertaken to satisfy the Environmental Management System, Planning Conditions or Permit to Operate as instructed by the Lab Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Team player and flexible 'can do' attitude.
  • An interest in science and the mineral extraction industry.
