About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Retail Development Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Retail Development Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing the retail experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities to drive sales growth within our Sports Direct and USC fascias
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, and Data Insights, to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends and consumer behavior
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a development or operations role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in creating presentations and reports
  • A proactive and motivated individual, with a passion for driving sales growth and enhancing the retail experience
