Job Summary

Vita Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their time with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents who require assistance with accommodation payments, ensuring timely and effective communication to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with our Residence Teams to facilitate efficient communication with debtors and manage end-of-tenancy procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of resident debtors using our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimizing rental arrears.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or with a focus on debt collection or credit control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
