About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen team at The Pier House, a picturesque restaurant overlooking Charlestown's historic harbour. As a Commis Chef, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the preparation of food and ensuring the correct procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food, working as part of the team to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests.
  • Work closely with our experienced chefs to develop your culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
