  • Manage and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor results.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment.
  • PLC experience is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
