As an Electronic Component Assembler with the AMJ Recruitment Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in CV21 Rugby, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with the potential for a salary increase after a probationary period.

Role Overview
  • This is a Monday-to-Thursday 07:00-16:00 and Friday 07:00-13:30 role, offering a great work-life balance.
  • The successful candidate will be required to assemble electronic components by hand, using air guns, rivets, and hand tools to complete internal component assembly.

You must have previous experience in an assembly environment, ideally electrical but not essential. The ability to work from drawings and on own initiative, as well as part of a team when needed, is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assemble electronic components by hand.
  2. Use air guns, rivets, and hand tools to complete internal component assembly.
  3. Work from drawings and technical specifications.
  4. Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail throughout the production process.
