Job Opportunity at ecoSense Cleaning

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our site coordinating team as a Contract Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR duties. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and work closely with our existing team to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including telephone interviews and onboarding processes
  • Placing adverts for vacancies and arranging training with area managers or supervisors
  • Managing staff absences and responding to client and management inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are met, and performing various HR duties

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Drive. Previous experience in office administration, recruitment, or HR is highly desirable.
