About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience handling medical negligence claims. Ideally, you will have dealt with claims relating to spinal cord injuries specifically, but this is not a requirement as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of spinal cord injury claims that have arisen as a result of medical negligence
  • Assist Senior Solicitors on more complex and protracted matters
  • Develop your caseload into a "mixed bag" of both medical negligence and personal injury claims
  • Participate in further professional development as a specialist in spinal cord injury claims
