About the Role

Nexperia, a leading global semiconductor company, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Integration Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the process development team, you will be responsible for executing major process development or integration tasks and building up product and process integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projects.
  • Implementing technical process development procedures and standards in projects.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar.
  • Good knowledge of working in semiconductor fab in process integration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
