The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll have the freedom to operate with no billing threshold, maximizing your earning potential from day one. This role is ideal for a driven individual who already has experience in recruiting within the Architecture or Design industry and is looking for a more creative, flexible environment to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
  • Business Development: Leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base and build your own little recruitment business within our one.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to drive success across the industry.
