The Role

We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our London office and contribute to our team's success.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of surveying tasks and responsibilities.

  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Support in preparing schedules of condition, dilapidation reports, and specifications.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including refurbishments and maintenance works.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist with contract administration and project management duties as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, building regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of building surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
