About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and thoughtful service to our customers, taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs to enhance the capabilities of our Customer Team Members
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy
  • Support the Store Manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services in the store, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues, supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan

Requirements
