We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multifaceted Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a global leader in the FMCG industry. This role involves the assessment, development of PM systems, and line performance at a fast-paced manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment, execution, and reporting of KPIs for meetings and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
  • Ownership of the planning process for the line, including procurement of parts and maintenance planning.
  • Liaison with the maintenance planner to update spare parts inventory policies.
  • Facilitation of the weekly PM and Tags planning meeting.
  • Coaching operators and engineers on processes and building technical capability in operators.
  • Computer literacy and minimum of NVQ level 3 in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
