About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Neighborhood Manager. As a key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tenancy sustainment strategies to ensure residents maintain their tenancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, community groups, and local organizations to promote community development and resident engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective housing management service, meeting key performance indicators related to voids and arrears.
  • Take ownership of a geographical patch and provide solutions-focused services to internal and external partners.
  • Proactively address anti-social behavior and safeguarding concerns, ensuring the well-being of residents and the community.
  • Identify and respond promptly to resident needs and problems, enabling them to sustain their tenancies.
