Swimming Coach Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Swimming Coaches to join our team at Sports Generation, an expanding swimming business based in the Shepperton area.

As a Swimming Coach, you will be self-employed and work on a hourly rate from £25 to £29 per hour.

Our coaching philosophy focuses on building confidence and developing skills to maximize potential and build a greater understanding of the specific sport.

We recognize the importance of improving confidence levels in children, which in turn improves skills base and fitness, all factors crucial in motivating children to continue to take part in and enjoy their chosen sport.

We offer competitive rates of pay and operate in luxury environments. Experienced pre-school lesson instructors are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification
  • Level 1 and Level 2 certificates for Swim England, or Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate for STA
