Cygnet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our new service at Cygnet Hospital Wolverhampton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer medication safely and effectively in line with local and national guidelines
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team
  • Work collaboratively with patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
  • Current PIN number and registration with the NMC
  • Previous experience working in a PICU or Acute setting
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and undertake audits
  • Strong understanding of the latest nursing practices and evidence-based care
  • Commitment to patient recovery and risk management
  • Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering patient independence
