Job Description

The Repairs Coordinator role involves delivering a first-class customer experience by coordinating repairs services for residents and site staff. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage repair requests, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions
  2. Coordinate with contractors to schedule appointments and resolve issues efficiently
  3. Update property records accurately and efficiently
  4. Process invoices and payments promptly
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently. Experience in facilities management or a related field is highly desirable.
