We require a highly skilled Bookkeeper Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the company's bookkeeping operations, including preparing and issuing invoices, recording cash and cheque receipts, and conducting monthly bank account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices and financial statements to customers/clients;
  • Record cash and cheque receipts and make bank deposits;
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy;

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in Accounting or a related field, with relevant experience gained in a similar role. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Xero Accounting software is desirable but not essential.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per year, depending on experience.
