Oncology Homecare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Homecare Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes or in our mobile units.

• Provide direct patient care, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, and other treatments.
• Work autonomously, with the support of our clinical team, to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and carers to ensure a seamless care experience.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the evolving needs of our patients.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT. You will display a high level of care and empathy, be well-organised, and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary. Basic IT skills are required, and a full UK driving license is essential for extensive travelling between patients.
