Job Title: Disrepair Surveyor

About the Role:

MMP Consultancy is currently seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Surveyor to join our team based in Wiltshire/Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing property inspections, identifying building defects, and producing high-quality condition reports.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building pathology, experience in damp investigations, and excellent customer care skills. They will work closely with our Response Surveyors to complete comprehensive damp investigations in problematic properties and provide advice and training to other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections to identify building defects
  • Produce high-quality condition reports for use in court
  • Support our team of Response Surveyors
  • Provide advice and training to other team members

Requirements:
  • Expertise in building pathology
  • Experience in damp investigations
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £48,065.00 per annum plus benefits. Based in Wiltshire/Hampshire, but may require travel to other areas within the operating region.
