Construction Solicitor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our expanding construction team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with experience in non-contentious and contentious construction matters.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise covering construction law, including main standard form construction contracts, JCT and NEC matters. A proven track record of dealing with construction-related disputes and negotiations is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • PQE: 3+ years in construction related matters
  • Experience in non-contentious and contentious construction work
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
