Job Overview
Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic newly qualified registered nurses to join our multi-disciplinary teams. As a newly qualified nurse, you will have the opportunity to consolidate your skills and knowledge in a supportive clinical environment.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will work in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. You will complete the Trust's Preceptorship package, supported by our dedicated clinical education team, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a range of areas, including clinical skills, research, education, leadership, and quality improvement.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Completion of a Nurse Training Programme to obtain registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Up-to-date knowledge of professional issues
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with the multi-disciplinary team, clients, and relatives
Desirable Criteria
- Evidence of working effectively within the multi-disciplinary team
- Precise and methodical in working practice and able to work under own initiative
