Aircraft Maintenance Team Lead Role
At Gulfstream Aerospace, we are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Team Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and complete tasks to meet service and delivery schedules.
- Assist with performance appraisal of team members and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
- Ensure all required components are ordered for timely availability and perform engine runs on aircraft as needed.
- Maintain a current knowledge of Aircraft Service Changes, Customer Bulletins, and inspection schedule requirements.
- Perform required periodic maintenance and necessary servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems.
- Assist in maintaining work schedules and updating of CMP cards.
- Review daily job charging to ensure accuracy of charges to aircraft.
- Work under the direction of the Service Team Manager to ensure project plan milestones are met.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of inspection and heavy maintenance.
- Advanced working knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with up to 25% travel.
