We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Mana Resourcing Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for taking a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend sales appointments and take a consultative approach to sales
- Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused high-energy and high-reward culture
- Receive world-class training with a four-week induction programme
Requirements:
- B2B field sales experience
- Understanding of a consultative sales process
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience of self-generating your own leads
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized
- A full driving license
