Eden Scott is seeking a proactive Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Advisor to join their team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sectors, and hold NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance through data analysis and process optimization.
  • Provide QHSE training and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH and IOSH certification
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
