About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Data Scientist to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a range of data visualisation products to communicate insights and drive business decisions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data science and analytics, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load complex manufacturing data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and data analytics tools.
  • Provide data support to manufacturing investigations and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and experience in data analysis and visualisation.
  • Working knowledge of Big Data Analytics tools and experience in interfacing to Cloud-based databases and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience in writing SQL to query databases.
  • High degree of self-initiative, drive, and flexibility.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and work in a team.
  • Resilience is essential; candidates must be able to deal with difficult problems while maintaining a positive attitude.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00-15:30, and Friday, 7:00-12:30
