Process Engineer for Nanofabrication

As a Nanofabrication Process Engineer at Oxford Quantum Circuits, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimisation of fabrication processes for superconducting quantum device applications.
Working alongside a highly skilled team, you will focus on maintaining and improving process stability across multiple points in the fabrication cycle, ensuring the highest quality devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing yield analysis and in-line metrology to assist in device fabrication process optimisation;
- Presenting process data to colleagues and collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and material scientists to develop solutions that benefit device performance and quality;
- Assisting in the bring-up of new fabrication equipment/capabilities and developing strong wafer-scale fabrication process experience;
- Extensive experience in chemical handling and wet processing, as well as competence in forming good experimental design and data collection;
- Ability to identify risk when transitioning new processes to production.
Oxford Quantum Circuits offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
