We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will involve delivering mail and parcels to customers across the local area, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image.

Salary Information

The hourly rate for this position is £12.54, paid monthly. Overtime payments are made at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate, offering opportunities for additional income.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Delivery Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers, adhering to timetables and schedules;
  • Providing outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Contributing to a safe and respectful working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues and customers;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations;
  • A strong sense of community and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
