About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Director to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our financial planning and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial planning process that aligns with our business strategy
  • Lead the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
  • Ability to travel internationally to visit our sites and collaborate with our teams
