Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant secondary school in Wrexham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to enhance lesson delivery, provide one-on-one support for students who need additional help, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students across a range of subjects, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential
  • Help prepare resources for lessons and support teachers in delivering engaging content
  • Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and help implement personalised interventions
  • Promote positive behavior and a safe, respectful learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor and report on student progress
About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact on students' lives. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
