We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lecturer to join our team at Consilium Recruit. As an Engineering Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and delivering courses to apprentices at Levels 2, 3, and 4.

• Teach and deliver courses to apprentices at Levels 2, 3, and 4
• Contribute to the planning of curriculums based on apprenticeship requirements
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and resource materials for learners
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback
• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners
• Create and maintain a safe and secure learning environment
• Comply with relevant Health and Safety requirements
• Support inductions and other administrative tasks

• Experience teaching L2 Performing Engineering Operations or Foundation Competency Skills courses to apprentices in a workshop environment
• Conversant with modern learning and teaching methods
• Hold a teaching qualification for the further education sector (e.g. DET, DTLLS, PGSE or equivalent)
• Minimum of Level 3 Engineering qualification with a focus on mechanical engineering
