Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled National QSHE Advisor to provide expert guidance and leadership to our Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in actively improving QSHE standards across all EDF sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide definitive QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team
  • Assist in improving QSHE standards across all EDF sites
  • Advise on QSHE matters, including changes to legislation or company standards
  • Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract
  • Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required
  • Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects
  • Deliver briefings and presentations where necessary
  • Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of all Health and Safety regulations with a specific focus on CDM regulations
