We are working with a market leading international firm in Newcastle City Centre who are looking for a talented solicitor to join their award-winning corporate team.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic team advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, sales and purchases, reorganisation initiatives, and more.
  • Drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association.
  • Providing legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance.
  • Assisting with due diligence processes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law as a qualified solicitor.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
