Calibration Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Systems Expert to join our team in the UK, working within our state-of-the-art Calibration Laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing calibration systems to meet national and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Calibration Laboratory, with a strong understanding of ISO 17025 (UKAS) and the ability to develop and implement new calibration systems. A technical qualification such as HND, HNC, NVQ/BTEC 3 is desirable.

Job Description

As a Calibration Systems Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing calibration systems for a wide range of equipment. This includes electrical and mechanical equipment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Accurate and precise recording skills.
  • Full Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, preferably with Mac operating systems.
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm.
Compensation

The salary for this position is £58,250 per annum, dependent on experience.
