Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Officer to join our team in South West London. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to 3 senior individuals and contribute to project work on an ad hoc basis.
You will be working in a collaborative and supportive work environment that values great communication and teamwork. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellent results and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior team members
- Contribute to project work and coordination as required
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and service-focused mindset
- Previous exposure to project work or coordination is advantageous
