Job Title: Car Dealership Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Car Dealership Receptionist to join our client's prestigious automotive dealership. As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, both over the phone and in-person.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Manage the dealership's showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including providing product information, coordinating test drives, and booking appointments.
• Liaise with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Manage customer requests and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team members.
• Filing and organizing paperwork, including customer records, invoices, and service documentation.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of all dealership products, services, and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to dealership staff, including drafting emails and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in an automotive or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and presentable image with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
