Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development
    • Design and develop visual content for our websites, online marketing campaigns, and offline marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Brand Guidelines
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure design decisions align with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or cosmetics industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and digital standards.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
