About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Principal Engineer, Design Managers, and Technical Managers to acquire project milestones and design review dates.
  • Review project design calculations and ensure they have been completed by project teams.
  • Review construction site design queries and change requests to ensure quick and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with other departments and project teams to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary project team to set technical common standards and processes.
  • Ensure designs comply with all statutory civil standards and regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and a proven track record in design and integration of civil process systems. You will also have experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers and the ability to work with people from different partner company backgrounds and disciplines.
