As a Trade and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including reactive repairs, planned maintenance, minor/major refurbishment works, ground maintenance, and mandatory compliance services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade and maintenance, with experience in working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
