We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage our HR Operations team at Qualserv Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering our Workforce Strategy, ensuring that our clients and partners have the right people with the right capabilities, skills, and attitudes in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of operational HR support to our clients, providing strategic HR operational advice to meet their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement service workforce plans, delivering operational action plans that address identified issues and shortfalls in performance and capacity.
  • Establish and maintain partnership and joint working arrangements, conducting baseline assessments and audits to improve service delivery and realise financial savings.
  • Provide guidance and support on organisational change, including service re-design, restructuring, and senior recruitment.
  • Collaborate with our leadership teams to develop and implement HR policies, trade union relations, and employment law strategies.

Requirements:

  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)
  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in human resources, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HR policies, trade union relations, and employment law.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
