Plant Fitter Supervisor

Job Overview: Countrystyle Recycling, a leading waste management company, is seeking an experienced Plant Fitter Supervisor to lead our maintenance team.

About the Role:

As a Plant Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our plant equipment. This involves maintaining and repairing plant equipment, supervising and training plant fitters, coordinating with the maintenance team, monitoring and reporting on plant performance, and collaborating with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in plant maintenance and supervision, a strong understanding of plant operation and maintenance principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £20 - £23 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in a full-time, permanent role.

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays, as per the site's roster. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
