Procurement Strategist

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to join our team at NHS. As a key member of the Procurement and Supply Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by providing strategic leadership and legal counsel to our Supply Chain and Procurement service.

• Assist in the provision of a procurement service that supports customers in developing opportunities and achieving value for money.
• Work with the Head of Procurement in creating, developing, and delivering the Directorate's savings schemes.
• Ensure secure and compliant procurement processes to obtain best value for money in the procurement of all goods and services.

• Holds a professional procurement qualification or has relevant senior procurement management experience.
• Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development.
• Project management and negotiation skills.
